Qualifications

• Experience in data center or IT infrastructure environments.
• On-site work in Galway, Ireland is required.
• Ability to document work clearly and coordinate with client teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
• Leverage data center/IT infrastructure knowledge to maintain uptime.
