Location: Dublin 2 - Hybrid 2 days in office

We’re looking for a driven and personable Solutions Consultant to join a growing team and play a key role in developing new business and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a varied role combining consultative sales, relationship management and business development, with the opportunity to build strong relationships with both customers and industry partners.

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential new clients, providing clear, professional advice and helping customers understand the value of the services on offer. With a strong focus on growth, relationship building and achieving targets, this role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is confident on the phone and is motivated by delivering results.

What does my day to day look like?

• Manage inbound sales enquiries through phone and email, taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing clear, professional and easy-to-understand advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support business growth and maximise customer engagement.
• Develop relationships with recruitment and talent partners, increasing market awareness and identifying new business opportunities.
• Support promotional activities, attend industry events and represent the organisation professionally within the market.
• Work towards individual and team targets, contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing environment.

What's required?

• Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales or relationship management role, with a proven ability to build strong rapport.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, as well as meeting clients and attending industry events.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
• A positive, energetic and proactive approach, with a genuine focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
