Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to manage demand fulfillment and oversee logistics for a dedicated customer portfolio within a leading corporate supply chain organization.

You will act as the daily point of contact for key customers, delivering premium service and monitoring logistics to ensure timely, accurate delivery worldwide. You will also use reporting platforms to present data to customers and management, while traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in a business or related discipline or 1–3 years of proven experience in supply chain or customer-related environments.
• Fluency in English; an additional European language is an advantage.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, CRM, Jira and Tableau.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and interact at all levels of the organization.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience building key customer relationships and delivering service excellence.
• Adaptability for a dynamic business environment and a proactive, detail-focused mindset.
