Job summary

Our client is a market-leading retail and distribution business with a nationwide presence and a strong focus on customer experience. Operating a busy logistics and home delivery network, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service while maintaining high operational standards. Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Manager to help lead and develop a key area of their operation.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a busy planning and customer delivery team
• Driving a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with drivers and third-party logistics providers
• Supporting operational planning and contributing to day-to-day decision making
• Managing customer delivery challenges in a proactive and solutions-focused manner
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall performance
• Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing improvements where required
• Supporting senior management in achieving operational and business objectives
• Ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of all activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within logistics, transport, retail delivery, supply chain, or operations
• Strong people management and team development skills
