Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and manage customer projects from enquiry to delivery. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, design, and production planning to ensure timely execution and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Deliver high level customer service to customers and Sales Team
• Build strong relationships with customers across projects
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production Planning and Manufacturing teams

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service support to customers and Customer Solutions Managers
• Liaise directly with customers for ongoing projects and build strong relationships
• Work with Sales in expanding presence in new markets
• Coordinate with production planning on lead times and project information
• Upload sales orders onto ERP system (BVP) accurately and promptly
• Prepare design briefs and liaise with design team on projects
• Assist with estimating in line with pricing policy
• Process sales orders and release works tickets to production
• Organise workflow to meet production deadlines and track progress
