Job summary

Etex Group in Athy, Ireland, seeks a Customer Services Representative for a 6-month fixed-term, on-site role. You will manage a customer portfolio, handle orders, pricing, deliveries and inquiries, with full training and induction using our SAP system.

The position runs Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4.45pm. You will be joining a team focused on delivering exceptional service, accuracy in processing orders, and close collaboration with production, logistics and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of customers, handling calls and emails about orders, pricing, deliveries, and stock availability.
• Process customer orders accurately and keep SAP updated with all relevant information.
• Keep customers informed of order and delivery changes, and manage credits, debits and returns in line with policy.
• Liaise with production, logistics and purchasing teams to resolve queries around product availability and transport.
• Provide pricing information to existing account holders and identify upsell opportunities.
• Carry out general office administrative duties to support the wider team.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by following health and safety procedures.

This is a 6-month fixed-term role. You will manage your own portfolio of customers, acting as their main point of contact for orders, pricing, deliveries, and general enquiries. Full training and induction will be given by an experienced member of the team, including hands-on support using our SAP system. This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4.45pm.
