Culligan Ireland is seeking a C/C1 Multidrop Delivery Driver to service customers across the Cork/Kerry region from our depot in Co. Cork.

This full-time permanent role includes an 8am-5pm schedule (Mon-Thu) and 8am-4pm on Fridays, a probation period of six months, a company van, uniform and tablet, plus a tax-free meal allowance of €4,000 per year. You will hold a valid C license with strong knowledge of Cork/Kerry geography, deliver bulk water and consumables, and provide outstanding customer

• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of strong customer service and meeting targets.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk 19ltr water, coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients.
• Complete scheduled activities accurately and on time to support field operations targets.
• Represent Culligan on customer sites with excellent service and professionalism.
• Coordinate with scheduling and operations to resolve SLAs efficiently.
• Record outcomes in epod/handheld systems and track key KPIs.

8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 4pm Friday

Core Role & Responsibilities

• Delivery of bulk 19ltr water , coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients
• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targets
• As the face of Culligan, in our customer sites, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your scheduled activities to support delivery of our customer satisfaction targets
• Responsible for working closely with the necessary scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAs
• Responsible for accurate and timely updating of relevant systems i.e. epod or handheld platform with key information to record the outcomes of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs

Requirements

Essential

• Valid driving license - C license
• Good geographical knowledge of Cork/Kerry and surrounding areas
• Ability to work to a tight schedule
• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
• A proven track record of providing strong customer service & consistently achieve targets
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, or as part of a team

Desirable

• Multi Drop Experience
• Full Clean B License and C License
• FLT (not essential)

This role requires an element of heavy lifting, supported by manual handling training
