Culligan Water Ireland, based in Ballymount, Co. Dublin, is hiring a Customer Service Executive on a full-time permanent basis (subject to 6 months probation).

You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and live chat, and processing orders for our water solutions. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer needs.

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, Subject to 6 Months Probation

Salary: €30,000 per annum, paid monthly

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team at Culligan Water Ireland. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that each interaction is friendly, informative, and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, resolving issues, and promoting our range of water solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
