Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking a Service Support Administrator to coordinate all aspects of supporting field capital equipment, including servicing and repair processes. You will work with the Technical Services Team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and accurate record-keeping.

Key duties include managing service orders, updating Business Central, and liaising with customers, engineers, and the sales team to drive timely quotations and contract performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to achieve tangible results.
• Confident in own skill set and can use own initiative.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Experience using Excel is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage service orders with engineering teams.
• Update systems (e.g., Business Central) with service data.
• Maintain accurate equipment lists and invoicing.
• Provide quotations and secure customer purchase orders.
• Liaise with sales/turchannel for tenders and contract performance.
