Job summary

The People Group is seeking a customer-facing Project Coordinator for luxury interiors, overseeing design through installation for private clients across the east coast. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate designers, manufacturers, installers and trades, and keep clients informed to ensure projects stay on track.

Based in Louth with three days in the head office and two on-site visits, you’ll deliver a high level of service, handle high-value conversations with calm, organised problem-solving,

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury interiors or premium project-led environments is advantageous.
• Excellent with people and able to handle high-value clients.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Full driving licence required.

Job description

We’re recruiting for a luxury interiors business designing and installing bespoke kitchens and interiors for private clients. This is a customer-facing role, based three days in the head office in Co. Louth and two days on site with customers. You will be managing the customer relationship from design through installation to completion. You’ll be the person keeping the client informed, coordinating everyone involved and making sure problems get solved and projects stay on track.

The role:

• Manage a portfolio of live customer installation projects
• Act as the main point of contact throughout installation
• Visit clients and sites across the east coast from Louth, Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and surrounding areas
• Coordinate designers, manufacturing, installers and trades
• Manage timelines, changes, delays and client expectations
• Resolve issues quickly and keep projects moving
• Deliver a high level of service throughout

About you:

• Excellent with people and confident dealing with high-value clients
• Highly organised with strong follow-through
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Calm and solutions-focused when things go wrong
• Confident having difficult conversations when needed
• Full driving licence

Experience in luxury interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, fit-out, property, construction or another premium project-led environment would be an advantage, but technical construction expertise isn't essential. If you're great with clients, highly organised and the person who gets things sorted when there are multiple moving parts, we'd like to hear from you.

Location: Louth / East Coast

Salary: €55k - €65k
