Qualifications

• 1–2 years' customer service experience (phone and email).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative under tight timelines.
• Professional, polite disposition.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders via the online booking system and email in line with policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate cost-effective delivery solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Keep customers informed of order progress and updates.
• Ensure orders contain accurate information and contact details.
• Liaise with internal departments and ACE agents.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Adhere to SOPs and company processes.
• Complete administrative tasks including investigating, sourcing, processing, and reporting.
