Job summary

The role focuses on order processing, customer service, and coordination across export/import key accounts, with emphasis on accurate data entry and timely communication. Qualifications

• Intermediate English required.
• Strong Excel and Reports skills.
• Experience in fast-paced office environment.
• Knowledge of Logistics/Freight industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders via online booking system and email requests.
• Provide excellent customer service with timely responses.
• Meet daily operational delivery needs cost-efficiently.
• Keep customers updated on order progression and deviations.
• Comply with SOPs and health & safety policies.
