Job description

Role: Customer Administration Support - German Speaking

We are currently seeking a professional with German language proficiency for our client based in Cork. This is an operational role supporting the end-to-end contracting and payment process for professionals in relation to corporate meetings and related engagements. This position focuses on ensuring contracts and payments are handled accurately, timely, and in full compliance with both global and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary "go-to" information resource for contract-to-pay inquiries from both external and internal business partners.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through the end-to-end coordination and compliant execution of the contract-to-pay process, including pre-contracting data management for healthcare professionals.
• Ensure efficient and effective issue resolution across the entire contract-to-pay lifecycle, including pre-contract data management aspects.
• Maintain strict adherence to anti-corruption and compliance requirements when interacting with and engaging HCPs.
• Ensure compliance with data capture standards to support corporate transparency and disclosure requirements, which may involve supporting data correction and reporting queries from transparency teams before or after publication.
• Monitor daily operational dashboards to ensure adherence to pre-defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support global or regional projects with a core focus on the contract-to-pay process and pre-contracting data management.
• Contribute to the broader team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for colleagues and participating in the training of new team members.
