Qualifications

• Strong SAP experience is particularly important.
• Experience processing or validating customer contracts, orders or commercial agreements.
• Able to collaborate with Sales, Legal, Credit and Finance teams to resolve queries.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience handling quarter-end periods and high volumes.

Contract Operations Specialist | €45,000 | 11-Month Contract | Dublin

We're hiring an experienced Contract Operations Specialist to join the commercial operations team of a leading global technology company.

This is a hands-on role supporting revenue-generating customer contracts through the Order-to-Cash process – validating agreements, maintaining customer and contract data, processing orders and resolving issues to ensure deals are booked accurately and on time.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in Contract Operations, Order Management, Order-to-Cash, Deal Desk, Commercial Operations or a similar high-volume environment
• Strong SAP experience – this is particularly important
• Experience processing or validating customer contracts, orders, licences or commercial agreements
• Comfortable working with Sales, Legal, Credit, Finance and other global teams to resolve queries and discrepancies
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
• Able to manage high volumes, competing priorities and demanding quarter-end periods
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or Salesforce is an advantage

We're particularly interested in people who have worked within large multinational technology, SaaS, software licensing or shared-services environments.

Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home
