JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Ireland seeks an Associate to own day-to-day Business Readiness delivery for an assigned portfolio of changes, from intake through transition to BAU.

You will coordinate across Communications, Training, Procedures, Operations, Controls, Product, Technology, and PMO to ensure readiness and risk management. This role involves maintaining integrated readiness plans, reporting on progress, and providing evidence-based recommendations to the Business Readiness Lead.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Readiness, change management, operations, project delivery, product support, transformation, or PMO.
• Experience developing integrated plans, coordinating cross-functional delivery, assessing readiness, managing risks and dependencies, and driving actions to deadlines.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the judgement to challenge constructively, make evidence-based recommendations, and escalate where needed.
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate, complete, and auditable records in controlled environments.
• Ability to work flexibly within a pooled team, balance competing priorities, provide cross-portfolio cover, and contribute to shared capability development.

• Conduct intake, impact, stakeholder, and operational readiness assessments and translate findings into deliverables with milestones and owners.
• Build, maintain, and quality-check integrated Business Readiness plans aligned to release dates and cutover activities.
• Monitor readiness and performance indicators; identify risks and remediation needs and escalate as required.
• Provide cross-portfolio cover and contribute to standards, templates, and continuous improvement across the Associate team.
