Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of experience in Business Readiness, change management, operations, product support, transformation, or PMO.
• Experience developing integrated plans, coordinating cross-functional delivery, assessing readiness, managing risks and dependencies.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with ability to challenge constructively.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day Business Readiness delivery for an assigned portfolio of changes from intake to BAU.
• Coordinate delivery across Communications, Training, Procedures, Operations, Controls, Product, Technology, and PMO.
• Build, maintain, and quality-check integrated Business Readiness plans aligned to release dates and milestones.
• Provide evidence-based readiness recommendations and report on readiness, adoption, and performance.
