Shannon Swimming & Leisure Centre is seeking a CRM & Membership Coordinator to manage the Legend CRM, drive member engagement, renewals and targeted campaigns. You will nurture corporate accounts, develop membership packages, and collaborate with marketing to grow the overall base.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, reporting, and process improvements, with a strong focus on member retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• CRM experience with Legend or similar.
• 2 years in digital marketing.
• 2 years computer literacy.
• Marketing qualification (required).
• Business administration qualification (required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise Legend CRM system ensuring data integrity.
• Develop corporate sales strategies and client relationships.
• Create tailored corporate membership packages with marketing.
• Track membership performance and provide insights.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to attract members.
• Manage swimming lesson renewals and bookings.
• Generate reports on sales, memberships, and campaigns.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for revenue growth.
