Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth, improve retention and support club commercial success. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead sales activity, coach colleagues, and ensure a seamless member journey from enquiry to loyalty.

This hands-on leadership role blends commercial thinking with people leadership to maximise club performance and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs and performance data.
• Positive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
• Experience within a fitness, leisure or membership-based business.
• Knowledge of lead generation, sales conversion and retention strategies.
• Experience developing business partnerships and community engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of membership growth, member engagement and commercial performance across the club.
• Develop strategies to improve member acquisition, retention and profitability.
• Deliver FUNDAMENTALS sales process across the club and coach teams to maximise performance.
• Drive membership sales via effective lead management and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to hit targets.
• Lead regular sales updates and performance presentations to the leadership team.
• Drive revenue across memberships and fitness products.
