Accenture Song is expanding its CRM practice in Ireland. We seek a CRM Business Architect to translate growth and customer priorities into practical CRM capabilities, target architectures and transformation roadmaps.

This mid-senior role combines business architecture, CRM strategy and enterprise AI with solution architecture in Dublin, Ireland. You will work with senior stakeholders and specialist teams to deliver feasible roadmaps and delivery plans.

• Ability to translate business outcomes into architecture options
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders
• Experience shaping architecture for CRM/martech ecosystems

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery with senior business and technology stakeholders to define priorities and value opportunities.
• Develop current- and future-state business architectures spanning CRM, data, processes and operating model.
• Translate business outcomes into prioritized roadmaps, architecture artefacts and executive recommendations.
• Shape end-to-end CRM and martech architectures connecting CX, data, identity, content and integration.
• Design interoperable solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Assess technology estates, define architecture principles and integration patterns, and recommend secure, scalable platform solutions.
• Define enterprise AI architectures for customer engagement, governance and observability.
