Job summary

Accenture PLC in Ireland seeks a Dynamics 365 Lead Architect to own enterprise architecture for large D365 engagements and to act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership. You will shape scalable D365 and Power Platform strategies, set technical direction and governance across delivery teams, and help grow the architecture capability and practice.

You will lead discovery, translate requirements into solution roadmaps, design Dataverse models and security, and guide cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Deep experience architecting and delivering Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions in complex organisations.
• Experience supporting origination, proposals or practice growth alongside delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and acting as a trusted senior technical advisor to C-suite or senior business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of security, integration, data migration, performance, resiliency, ALM and governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and structured problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for Dynamics 365 programs, ensuring scalable, secure solutions.
• Shaped solution strategy, governance and delivery standards across engagements.
• Mentor architects and consultants across multiple projects and grow the practice capability.
• Guide discovery and translate requirements into solution roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Design Dataverse data models, integrations, security, environment strategy and lifecycle management.
• Define extension approaches across configuration, Power Platform, plug-ins and Azure services.
• Own architecture strategy and assurance across the portfolio, ensuring high technical quality and risk control.
• Advise senior client leadership on technology strategy beyond individual projects.
