Qualifications

• Experience in roster planning or crew scheduling
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficient in Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Excellent communication across levels

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize Ryanair cabin crew rosters for efficiency and coverage
• Maintain and deliver balanced roster patterns
• Ensure rosters comply with flight time limits and procedures
• Process crew base transfers, rank changes and contract changes in management systems
• Manage roster requirements for multiple bases
• Plan annual and unpaid leave considering seasonal capacity
• Coordinate crew training to keep members qualified
• Collaborate with other departments and crew planners for reporting
