Qualifications

• Strong numeric and analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task under pressure.
• Organised, proactive and able to work in a team or on own.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Experience with airline crew planning/rostering systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize Ryanair cabin crew rosters for efficiency and coverage.
• Maintain balanced rosters and adhere to flight time limits.
• Manage crew base transfers, rank and contract changes.
• Handle roster responsibilities for multiple bases and peak periods.
• Utilize reports to generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual statistics.
• Collaborate with other departments and crew planners.
