Compass Group Ireland is seeking a talented Sous Chef for a full-time, day-shift role, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. You will join a passionate team to deliver exceptional food experiences for our clients on site in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food service.
• Creating a positive kitchen environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
• Supporting the team in delivering tasty food concepts to customers.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Supporting the team with ordering food, stock control and reducing waste.
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assisting in managing budgets and meeting financial targets.
• Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations.
