Job summary

GeistM is seeking a hands-on Content Creator in Dublin to produce engaging paid-social content and build a creator pipeline across client campaigns. You will shoot, edit, and appear in UGC-style content, repurpose footage, and collaborate with Creative and Growth teams to test concepts across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.

The role blends strong visual instincts with practical production skills, with a focus on performance creative and experimentation.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for Meta, TikTok, Reels, or other short-form platforms.
• Strong visual storytelling and mobile-first creative instincts.
• Ability to adapt delivery to different brands and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create paid-social statics, motion assets, and campaign variations in Canva, Adobe, and similar platforms.
• Ideate, film, and appear in platform-native UGC-style content across multiple brands.
• Edit short-form video for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels using CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Create product demos, testimonials, and direct-response content.
• Write scripts, shot lists, and calls to action communicating product benefits.
• Plan simple shoots, including lighting, framing, and locations.
• Capture multiple hooks and B-roll for testable variations.
• Review footage for visual quality and brand alignment.
