Qualifikationen

• Five years of paid social/digital marketing experience.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong campaign optimisation and budget management skills.
• Video editing experience with CapCut, Canva or Premiere.

Aufgaben

• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Manage budgets and track KPIs (CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions).
• Test creatives and audiences to improve performance.
• Analyse results and support acquisition objectives.
• Edit and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Repurpose footage into shorter videos for different platforms.
• Feature in video content, presenting consumer tips and money-saving content.
• Host interviews with experts across energy, insurance, mortgages and personal finance.
• Manage community engagement and monitor audience growth and content performance.
• Keep up with social media trends to identify content opportunities.
