Logitech is seeking an Creative & Design Operations Intern to support daily operational tasks across budgets, vendor tracking, studio spaces, and design awards. You will gain exposure to how a global design organization operates at scale and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves assisting with contractor intake, asset management, and internal documentation, while supporting AI tooling and design workflows integration.

• Enrolled in undergrad or grad in Design Management, Business Admin, Communications or related field.
• Familiar with generative AI tools and workflows.

• Budget & vendor tracking: support budget reports, PO workflows, vendor onboarding.
• Talent & operations intake: assist contractor intake forms and internal docs.
• Asset tagging & lab setup: audit inventories and track allocations in studios and labs.
• Awards & events: gather assets for design awards and assist in workshops/events.
• Process documentation: draft one-pagers and quick guides for new tools and workflows.
• AI toolstack & infra: support usage audits and admin workflows for AI tools.

About the Role

The Creative & Design (C&D) Operations team keeps Logitech's global design engine running smoothly. As a Creative & Design Operations Intern, you will support daily operational tasks across budgets, vendor tracking, studio spaces, and design awards, gaining direct exposure to how a world-class design organization operates at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Budget & Vendor Tracking: Help maintain budget reports and metrics dashboards; support PO workflows and vendor onboarding for external creative agencies and suppliers.
• Talent & Operations Intake: Assist in managing contractor intake forms and supporting internal documentation for early-career and talent pipeline programs.
• Asset Tagging & Lab Setup: Audit physical prototype inventories using asset tags, track design software and hardware allocations, and help keep studio and lab spaces organized and well-stocked.
• Awards & Event Coordination: Gather assets and submission details for global design awards programs; assist in planning and executing internal C&D workshops, hackathons, and team events.
• Process Documentation: Draft simple one-pagers, quick guides, and team updates to communicate new tools, workflows, and operational best practices.
• AI Toolstack & Infrastructure: Support tracking, usage audits, and administrative workflows for generative AI and digital creative tools across the design organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Design Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Practical familiarity with and comfort using generative AI tools and workflows, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or AI productivity utilities.
• Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about process optimization, design workflows, and emerging digital and AI tools.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
