Job summary

Logitech in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Creative & Design Operations Intern to support daily operational tasks across budgets, vendor tracking, studio spaces, and design awards. You’ll assist with contractor intake, asset tagging, and event coordination while gaining exposure to a world-class design organization at scale.

You will work in a hybrid setup and gain hands-on experience with AI tools and design workflows.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree in Design Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiar with generative AI tools and workflows, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly.
• Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about process optimization, design workflows, and emerging digital tools.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Budget & Vendor Tracking: Maintain budget reports and metrics dashboards; support PO workflows and vendor onboarding for external agencies and suppliers.
• Talent & Operations Intake: Assist in contractor intake forms and internal documentation for early-career and talent pipelines.
• Asset Tagging & Lab Setup: Audit prototype inventories, track software and hardware allocations, and keep studios organized.
• Awards & Event Coordination: Gather assets for design awards; help plan and run internal workshops and events.
• Process Documentation: Draft one-pagers, quick guides, and team updates for new tools and workflows.
• AI Toolstack & Infrastructure: Support tracking and admin workflows for generative AI tools across the design organization.
