Job summary

Compass Group Ireland is seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, daytime.

You will work with a passionate team to deliver high-quality dishes, maintain hygiene standards, manage stock and budgets, and support ongoing development within a supportive, equal‑opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or similar role in a high‑volume environment.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate kitchen activities.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
