The Law Society in Ireland seeks a capable education professional to lead a Diploma Centre portfolio of courses and manage lecturer recruitment. The role emphasizes coordinating delivery, student liaison and ongoing course evaluation.

The position requires designing new courses, contributing to creative ideas, and occasional MOOC/EU grant work. Evening and Saturday work may be necessary. One-year contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in education or training sector is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Methodical, flexible and capable of multitask-driven work.
• Adaptable to a small, integrated team.
• Proactive and can-do attitude; meet tight deadlines.
• Strong IT skills for data input and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Act as Course Leader on Diploma Centre courses.
• Manage portfolio of courses; recruit lecturers and co-ordinate delivery.
• Coordinate course delivery and liaise with students.
• Evaluate current courses to improve content and delivery.
• Identify opportunities for new courses and design them.
• Assist with EU grant proposals and MOOC project.
• Provide ad hoc support as required.
