Job summary

Sculpted by Aimee is seeking a Counter Manager for our Boots Liffey Valley counter. You will oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales while upholding the brand’s premium in-store standard.

You will work closely with the Business Manager and Retail Team to meet targets, manage stock, and lead by example on the counter with artistry, product knowledge, and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum retail experience in cosmetics preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work toward sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Sculpted Brand Ambassador and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive counter sales and KPIs through effective product knowledge and services.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising at the Boots location.
• Keep up-to-date with Sculpted products, brand developments, and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with Sculpted & Boots teams and store stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and elevate counter presence.
• Complete counter reporting and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Demonstrate proficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
