Qualifications
- Retail supervisory experience is essential.
- Makeup/Beauty background and/or experience.
- Certified makeup qualification is desirable.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Support customers on the busy shop floor.
- Drive sales and achieve team targets monthly and quarterly.
- Provide makeup expertise and shade guidance to customers.
- Maintain hygiene and a clean, organized work area.
- Assist with in-store events and masterclasses as needed.
- Operate POS software and store systems to support sales.
- Maintain merchandising and product availability on shelves and counters.
