Job summary

Boots is seeking a Store Manager in Ireland to drive store performance and inspire teams with a passion for customer care. You will lead sales, operations and customer service to deliver strong business growth and a premium Boots experience. Training and development will support your progression within beauty and healthcare.

You will coach teams, stay current with retail trends, and act as an ambassador for the Boots brand, aiming to set the standard for pharmacy-led health and beauty retail.
