Job summary

Avoca Ballsbridge in Dublin is seeking an experienced Counter Assistant for a permanent part-time role (32 hours per week). You will deliver high standards of customer service, handle tills, stock replenishment, and maintain store presentation in line with Avoca brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in busy hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and be motivated and self-driven. Immediate start available; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – A high standard of customer service is required for the role, including assisting customers in person and via phone
• Till use – scanning items and taking payments, managing queues in a timely manner.
• Replenishing stock, ensuring the retail department is always in line with Avoca brand standards.
• Opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager
• Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and in keeping with Avoca brand standard
• Ad-hoc duties outlined by your manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Counter Assistant to work on a permanent part-time basis (32 hours per week) in our location at Avoca Ballsbridge. This position is for an immediate start and the candidate must be flexible.

Please note that Avoca does not provide visa, employment permit or work permit sponsorship for this role. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application.
