The Land Development Agency in Ireland is seeking an experienced Residential Lettings and Tenancy Manager to join Cost Rental Operations within the Asset Management Team. You will oversee a portfolio of rental properties and manage external Letting & Property Management Agents from mobilisation to stabilisation.

The role requires 5+ years of residential letting and property operations experience, a PSRA licence, and strong relationship management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct residential lettings and tenancy management experience.
• Must hold PSRA licence ‘C’.
• Excellent relationship management skills (internal & external).
• Strong knowledge of residential letting sector, RTB regulations and statutory obligations.
• Must have own car and clean driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee lettings, tenancy management matters for Cost Rental portfolio.
• Direct external Letting & Property Management Agents and internal teams.
• Ensure lease-ups, rent reviews and arrears are managed within budgets and KPI targets.
• Coordinate compliance, inspections and maintenance with contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly asset and portfolio performance reports.
