Adrian Dunne Pharmacy, an Irish-owned community pharmacy group with 14 branches across Dublin, Meath, Laois and Wicklow, seeks smart, flexible people to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will deliver excellent customer experiences, focusing on cosmetics sales and skin-care knowledge, within a supportive environment led by experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years cosmetics experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales of luxury cosmetic brands essential.
• Excellent sales skills and customer service required.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• High levels of sales, service and standards for customers and branch.
• Sales responsibility primarily, but not exclusively, of luxury cosmetics brands.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic products and skincare ranges.
• Cash management duties.
• Adhering to company standards and procedures.
• Merchandising and marketing.
• Purchasing and stock control as per company policy.
• Dealing with brand representatives.
• Support colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed.
• Mentoring of less experienced staff.

Responsibilities
