Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a Manager – Corporate Tax and Transaction Advisory in Dublin to lead corporate tax compliance and transaction advisory work for a diverse client base. You will collaborate with Directors and Partners, coach junior staff and contribute to business development while delivering practical, commercially focused tax solutions.

You will manage workflows, identify tax risks and maintain high-quality client service across Irish and international engagements.

Qualifications

• CTA qualification; ACA/ACCA or legal qualification advantageous.
• 3–4 years' post-qualification experience in corporate tax.
• Strong knowledge of Irish corporation tax and tax compliance.
• Experience in due diligence, M&A tax or transaction advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients and ensure timely compliance.
• Lead corporate tax compliance engagements and tax filings.
• Support corporation tax due diligence and M&A tax engagements.
• Coordinate client workstreams, budgets and timelines.
• Coach and develop junior team members and review their work.
