The Corporate Operations Support Administrator acts as a key point of contact for Corporate Delivery Servicesclients, supporting the smooth and effective delivery of corporate wellbeing programmes and ensuring a high levelof client satisfaction.

The role provides operational and administrative support, including corporate programme coordination, clientcommunication, scheduling, data analysis and management, reporting, and maintaining accurate service records. Italso involves supporting process improvement, service development, marketing initiatives, and relationshipmanagement with internal teams, clinicians, wellbeing professionals and corporate stakeholders.

The role will also contribute to increasing engagement and demand for Corporate Delivery Services by identifyingopportunities to promote programmes, seminars and wellbeing services, supporting targeted communications andpromotional activities, and monitoring booking trends and client engagement to help increase service utilisationand uptake.

The role is responsible for helping ensure that Corporate Services are well-coordinated, efficiently delivered,aligned with client requirements and service standards, and supported by effective engagement and promotionalactivity.

Specific Job Details:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00-17:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch) - 40 hours per week

Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months)

Commencement Date: As soon as possible

Salary Range: €32,000.00 - €35,000.00 per annum pro rata, depending on experience

Location: Centric Mental Health, Dundrum Town Centre, Sandyford Road, Dundrum, Dublin 16, D16 FC92 - 2 days in the office and 3 days remote

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support & Client Administration

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Corporate Delivery Services and corporateclients.
  • Act as a key point of contact for operational, scheduling and administrative queries, ensuring requests arelogged, followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate communications between corporate clients, clinicians, Wellness Coaches, contractors andinternal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of client requests, bookings, service activity and operational actions.
  • Support the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual service updates.
  • Support the coordination of shift and session coverage, including identifying gaps and escalating coveragerequirements.
  • Escalate operational issues or client concerns to the appropriate team member when required.
  • Provide administrative support for the planning and coordination of corporate wellbeing programmes andevents.
  • Maintain and update corporate service rosters, calendars and scheduling systems. Track, monitor, andreport on programme outcomes for internal and external purposes.
  • Support the administration of Wellness Coaching programmes, particularly for Tier 1 corporate clients.
  • Coordinate changes, cancellations and rescheduling of sessions and communicate updates to relevantstakeholders.
  • Ensure all programme information, bookings and supporting documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure programmes and events are delivered as planned

Data & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational and programme data across relevant systems andplatforms.
  • Collect and consolidate data relating to sessions, attendance, utilisation, client activity and servicedelivery.
  • Support the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports, working closely with the WellbeingCoaching Lead and wider Corporate Services team.
  • Identify data discrepancies or gaps and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Maintain organised records and documentation to support operational reporting, audits and clientrequirements.

Process & Service Improvement:

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and marketing initiatives across Corporate Delivery Services,identifying opportunities to increase programme engagement and booking demand, and assisting withtargeted communications and promotional activities to support client uptake.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Corporate Delivery Services.
  • Follow established operational processes and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient servicedelivery.
  • Support the development, documentation and implementation of standardised administrative processesand templates.
  • Identify recurring operational issues and suggest practical improvements to improve efficiency and theclient/provider experience.
  • Support the team in implementing new systems, processes and service requirements.

Desired Skills:

  • 3-5 years' experience in business development, operational support, sales/marketing , administration ora related role. Strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills, with excellent attentionto detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data, reporting and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-service approach.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple programmes, bookings, events and stakeholders effectively.
  • Good commercial and marketing awareness, with an ability to identify opportunities to increaseengagement and booking demand.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using CRM, scheduling or projectmanagement systems desirable.
  • Proactive, flexible and solution-focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining accuracy andservice quality.
  • Ability to work five days per week and accommodate meetings with internal teams and corporate clients.
