Our client is an international law firm with a global platform of more than 40 offices worldwide, including a fast-growing Dublin office established as part of that network. The Dublin team has grown organically and more than doubled in size within its first year, reflecting the firm's confidence in Ireland as a hub for private equity, technology, and cross-border investment work.

The Role

This is a Corporate Associate opening for a 1 to 2 years PQE, sitting within a Corporate team whose work is closely connected to cross-border private equity investment into Ireland, much of it backed by capital and deal teams in the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

• Due diligence and disclosure exercises across corporate transactions
• Preparing ancillary documents and supporting materials for deals
• First drafts of transaction documents, working closely with and learning from senior associates
