Job summary

Crowe Ireland invites graduates to join a flagship Corporate Finance programme designed to develop your financial acumen and professional credibility. You will gain hands-on experience across advisory services, valuations, debt advisory, and restructuring while working with a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • Achieved or on track to achieve a 2.2 or higher in your undergraduate degree and have recently graduated or will graduate in 2027.
  • Future Accountants: excited about a career in accounting.
  • Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, eye for detail, and problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail; master of the small stuff.
  • Analytical and research skills.

Responsibilities

  • Gain diverse experience across corporate finance projects including mergers, business valuations, debt advisory, and restructuring.
  • Make real impact by collaborating with dedicated teams on high-profile assignments.

Your Role:
  • Gain Diverse Experience: Work across a wide range of corporate finance projects, from high‑stakes mergers & acquisitions and business valuations to debt advisory, restructuring and insolvency.
  • Make Real Impact: Collaborate closely with our dedicated teams, supporting high-profile assignments that drive growth and innovation for our clients. Help manage diverse asset portfolios, from bustling hotels and trendy nightclubs to residential and commercial properties.
  • Data Detective: Sharpen your investigative skills with industry research and analysis across different sectors, as well as contribute to key compliance tasks and support liquidators in their investigations.
  • Develop Key Skills: Build a robust foundation in financial analysis, reporting, portfolio management, and strategic advisory services. You will be able to participate and see the development of end‑to‑end projects and transactions.
  • Learn from the Best: Be mentored by industry experts who will guide you through every stage of your career development.
  • Grow Your Network: Interact with a diverse range of clients and sectors, from hospitality and retail to construction and beyond.
How we are going to support your development:
  • Crowe will fully sponsor your accounting qualification: You will have the freedom to choose which accounting qualification you will pursue. ACA? ACCA? It’s your pick!

  • Academic Performance: You achieved or are on track to achieve a 2.2 or higher in your undergraduate degree and have recently graduated or will graduate in 2027.
