Crowe Ireland’s 2027 Consulting Graduate Programme offers you a fast‑track start in accounting and advisory services. You’ll work on diverse projects across risk, strategy, and client services while pursuing a fully sponsored accounting qualification and a clear career path into the profession.

You’ll be mentored by senior teams, gain hands‑on experience, and join a collaborative, inclusive culture that values curiosity, creativity and delivering real impact for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• 2.2 honours or higher in undergraduate degree and eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Interest in accounting and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Diverse projects across sectors; no two days the same.
• Data detective: analyse client data to spot trends and insights.
• Business insights: identify improvements and build client relationships.
• Impactful reporting: draft consulting reports with actionable recommendations.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Your Role:

1. Dive into Diverse Projects: Work on a variety of consulting assignments across different sectors—no two days are the same!
2. Data Detective: Use the latest tools and techniques to analyse client data, spot trends, and uncover insights that drive smart decisions.
3. Business Insights: Learn how businesses operate, identify areas for improvement, and build relationships with clients that go beyond the numbers.
4. Impactful Reporting: Draft high-quality consulting reports, packed with practical recommendations to help clients strengthen their operations.
5. Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues across different disciplines—like tax, corporate finance, and company secretarial to deliver seamless consulting services.
6. Communication Pro: Keep the Partner in the loop, flagging significant issues and progress on your assignments while collaborating with partners, directors, and other managers to deliver top‑notch services.
7. Quality and Compliance: Deliver work that meets the highest standards, addressing key risks and sticking to deadlines and budgets.

• Crowe will fully sponsor your accounting qualification: You will have the freedom to choose which accounting qualification you will pursue. ACA? ACCA? It’s your pick!
• We will support your studies by providing generous study leave so you can dedicate time to pass your exams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Academic Performance: You achieved or are on track to achieve a 2.2 or higher in your undergraduate degree and have recently graduated or will graduate in 2027.
• Future Accountants: You’re excited about a career in accounting, even if you come from an academic background that is not accounting.
• Eligibility: You have the right to work full time in the Republic of Ireland.
• Communication Champs: You’ve got strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.
• Attention to Detail: You’re a master of the small stuff and know that details matter.
