Job summary

Crowe Ireland's 2027 Tax Graduate Programme offers real-world tax experience, hands-on client exposure, and a fast track to becoming a qualified tax advisor.

Qualifications

• Achieved or on track to achieve a 2.2+ in undergraduate degree, graduating in 2027.
• Interest in a career in Tax and accounting, regardless of background.
• Right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Explore a range of tax disciplines across International Tax, Corporate Tax, Global Mobility, Personal Taxation and VAT.
• Build client relationships and work with managers to deliver high-quality tax assignments.
• Become proficient with data analysis and tax research to add value for clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Learn from mentors and develop leadership and technical skills from day 1.

Our 2027 Tax Graduate Programme is designed to give you real world experience, professional development, and a fast track to becoming a qualified accountant and/or tax advisor. You’ll get to work with amazing clients, use trending technology, get a flavour of all specialties in Tax and learn from a team that genuinely cares about your success.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Your Role:

• Explore a Range of Tax Disciplines: Get hands on experience with different areas of tax, including International Tax, Corporate Tax, Global Mobility, Personal Taxation and VAT. You’ll help businesses navigate the complexities of tax laws both locally and globally.
• Build leadership skills: You will be assigned a portfolio of clients to manage. Managers and Partners will coach and support you, also review the quality of the service provided, but you will have the opportunity to build autonomy and leadership skills from day 1.
• Become a Data Detective: Use the latest tools and techniques to analyse client data, research tax technical issues, and find smart solutions that add real value to our clients
• Build Meaningful Relationships: You will work closely with clients and collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet their needs.
• Communication Pro: Ensure managers, directors, and partners are always informed of progress, potential issues, and key insights on your assignments. You will work closely with partners, directors and other managers to deliver top-notch services to our clients.
• Deliver Excellence: Contribute to high quality tax assignments, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and driving positive outcomes for our clients.

How we are going to support your development:

• Crowe will fully sponsor your accounting qualification: You will have the freedom to choose which accounting qualification you will pursue. ACA? ACCA? It’s your pick!
• In addition to your accounting qualification, we will also sponsor a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification for you.
• We will support your studies by providing generous study leave so you can dedicate time to pass your exams.
• Flexibility to attend your classes and tuitions.
• You will work closely with our senior team and will be mentored and supported to achieve your personal and professional goals.
• You will gain experience and develop competencies in practice dealing with clients and carrying out meaningful and relevant work

What We’re Looking For:

• Academic Performance: You achieved or are on track to achieve a 2.2 or higher in your undergraduate degree and have recently graduated or will graduate in 2027.
• Future Accountants: You’re excited about a career in Tax and accounting, no matter your background.
• Eligibility: You have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Communication Champs: You’ve got strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.
• Attention to Detail: You’re a master of the small stuff and know that details matter.
