Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a leading accountancy firm to appoint an Associate Director to their Corporate Finance team in Ireland. You will lead a range of deal advisory assignments and oversee modelling, valuations, and funding processes.

The ideal candidate has ACA or CFA, 4+ years post-qualified experience, and excellent client-facing skills. Hybrid working with a competitive remuneration package including a €125,000 salary and private medical benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a variety of corporate finance assignments (sales, acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs) across the deal lifecycle
• Oversee financial modelling, valuations and business planning, delivering insights for strategic decisions
• Manage funding processes (debt & equity raises) and prepare investor & marketing materials
• Build relationships with banks, legal advisers and investors as the trusted contact throughout transactions

The Job…

Working collaboratively with the firms wider corporate finance team across the following areas:

• Leading a variety of corporate finance assignments, including business sales, acquisitions, MBOs & MBIs, supporting clients through every stage of the deal lifecycle.
• Overseeing financial modelling, valuations, & business planning, delivering clear insights to help clients make informed strategic decisions.
• Manage funding processes, including debt & equity raises, and prepare high-quality investor & marketing materials.
• Building strong relationships with clients & key stakeholders such as banks, legal advisers & investors, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout transactions.

The Ideal Candidate…

To be considered for this career-defining opportunity, you will ideally possess the following attributes:

• ACA or CFA qualified.
• Minimum 4+ years post-qualified experience in a corporate finance focused role.
