Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Ireland is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Analyst to own the numbers behind acquisitions, disposals, and investments in a small, growing business.

You will build and run the financial models behind the investment portfolio, execute DCF valuations and IRR/NPV analysis, and test scenarios across costs, revenues, and timelines. You will prepare investment papers for senior management in a flat, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Has built complex financial models and can navigate them with ease.
• Advanced Excel, with the ability to build and audit models independently.
• Ready to hit the ground running with little hand-holding.
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and take on M&A opportunities.

Barden is delighted to be working with one of our clients as they look to hire an experienced Corporate Finance Analyst. This is a hands-on role for a strong modeller who wants to own the numbers behind real investment decisions in a small, growing business.

You will build and run the financial models that sit behind acquisitions, disposals, and investment decisions. You will work directly with senior management in a flat structure, with no hierarchy and no junior team to hand work to.
