Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Ireland is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Analyst to own the numbers behind acquisitions, disposals, and investments in a small, growing business.

You will build and run the financial models behind the investment portfolio, execute DCF valuations and IRR/NPV analysis, and test scenarios across costs, revenues, and timelines. You will prepare investment papers for senior management in a flat, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Has built complex financial models and can navigate them with ease.
• Advanced Excel, with the ability to build and audit models independently.
• Ready to hit the ground running with little hand-holding.
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and take on M&A opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and update the financial models behind the investment portfolio.
• Run DCF valuations and returns analysis, including IRR, NPV, and equity returns.
• Test scenarios and sensitivities across costs, revenues, financing, and timelines.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures with analysis and valuation materials.
• Prepare investment papers and presentations for senior management and shareholders.
