Job summary

Link Personnel Services is assisting a leading Ireland corporate practice seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding team. The role offers exposure to high-value corporate transactions, commercial contracts and advisory work, with collaboration alongside partners in a supportive environment.

You will handle due diligence, draft and negotiate key documents such as Share Purchase Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, shareholder and joint venture agreements, and provide strategic

Qualifications

• 2–3 years PQE in corporate law with exposure to commercial contracts.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and legal research skills.
• Excellent analytical ability and commercial judgement.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing multiple transactions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist on a broad range of private and public sector corporate transactions.
• Conduct and manage legal due diligence exercises, preparing comprehensive due diligence reports.
• Draft, review and negotiate key transaction documents, including Share Purchase Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Manage disclosure processes, including the preparation and review of disclosure letters.
• Prepare ancillary transaction documentation, including board minutes, shareholder resolutions and completion documents.
• Advise on corporate restructurings and reorganisations, providing strategic legal support throughout the process.
• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and provide practical commercial advice to clients.
• Undertake legal research and provide corporate and commercial advisory support across a diverse range of matters.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the Corporate practice.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives, training programmes and the ongoing development of the department.
