Job summary

Harry Walsh Associates Ltd. in Cork is seeking a Site Operational Excellence / Lean Leader to partner with site leadership and drive Lean & Heartbeat deployment across the Cork manufacturing site.

You will lead Daily Management Systems, Kaizen, VSM, and Leader Standard Work, coaching leaders at all levels to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while building a sustainable CI culture.

Qualifications

• Relevant third level degree with experience in Lean, OpEx, manufacturing, supply chain, or CI leadership.
• Proven success leading Lean transformations in complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing and sustaining Daily Management Systems.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to drive Lean & Heartbeat deployment and strengthen CI capabilities.
• Serve as strategic SLT member and advance Lean principles, DMS, PSP, Kaizen, VSM, Standard Work.
• Coach leaders at all levels and enable sustainable cultural and operational consistency.
• Improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people outcomes.
• Lead Leader Standard Work and related performance management systems.
