Job summary

Haleon is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager for its Ireland site to lead continuous improvement and drive sustainable performance gains across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and Productivity. You will champion the Haleon Performance System (HAPS) and partner with manufacturing leaders to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven project management experience delivering operational improvements.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
• Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Six Sigma.
• Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations background with performance improvement experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and continuous development of the site's Operational Excellence strategy and performance improvement roadmap.
• Drive the implementation and maturity of the Haleon Performance System (HAPS), ensuring sustainable adoption across all functions.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver productivity and continuous improvement initiatives aligned to site business objectives.
• Develop business cases and financial justifications for improvement projects and capital investments.
• Establish and manage KPIs including OEE, Yield, Efficiency, and Waste metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Coach and develop leaders at all levels, building capability in problem-solving and performance management.
