Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement program for Manufacturing Operations.
• Coach leaders and shop floor teams in Lean methods and daily management.
• Plan, execute kaizen events and value stream improvements.
• Develop visual management and reporting to drive performance.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with global peers to standardize best practices.
