Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Facilities, Utilities and Energy Manager to lead site facilities, utilities and energy management at our Cork manufacturing site. You will drive operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of facilities while advancing energy efficiency and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/manufacturing facilities, strong CMMS and MS Office skills, and a strategic leader capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities, utilities, or energy management within pharma/manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team in a matrixed environment.
• CMMS proficiency and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct reports, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of facilities and utilities to support GMP operations.
• Lead ISO 50001 energy management programme to maximise efficiency and reduce consumption.
• Develop, implement and track facilities, utilities, and energy KPIs.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage energy budgets (electricity, gas, water).
