Souper Tang is opening a brand-new outlet in Singapore, and we’re inviting passionate individuals to join us on this exciting journey! We are hiring a dedicated and reliable Cook to support our kitchen operations and help deliver consistently great dishes to our guests.

Learn, grow, and build your culinary future with us. Candidates with 1–2 years of kitchen experience in Chinese restaurants are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of kitchen work experience in Chinese restaurants.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food handling.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
• Washing utensils and dishes and storing them properly.
• Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
• Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping prepare desserts.
• Disposing of rubbish.
• Organizing linen laundry.
• Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.

• Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
• Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare desserts.
• Disposing of rubbish.
• Organizing linen laundry.
• Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.

Requirements:

• At least of 1 – 2 years of kitchen work experience in Chinese restaurants required; training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food handling is an advantage.
Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work 10 hours shift (6 days work week), weekends, and public holidays.
